1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rolefied ("the Service"), operated by Rolefied AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description & Disclaimer
Rolefied provides AI-assisted resume tailoring, applicant tracking tools, interview preparation, and job application assistance.
Career Enhancement Disclaimer:
Rolefied is designed to optimize your resume presentation and hiring readiness. While our AI substantially improves applicant-job alignment, Rolefied does not guarantee employment, job interviews, or hiring offers. Hiring decisions remain solely at the discretion of employers and recruiters.
3. User Accounts & Fair Use
You must register an account via our secure authentication system to access cloud features. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Use automated scrapers or abusive traffic that disrupts platform infrastructure.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or illegal material into the document parser.
4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing
Rolefied offers both free trial quota and recurring paid subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan (£6.99 / 7 days): Billed every 7 days until cancelled.
- Monthly Plan (£17.99 / month): Billed monthly until cancelled.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring billing at the specified intervals until you cancel. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT/taxes where mandated.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Mandatory Stripe Disclosure)
Instant 1-Click Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties. Simply click on your profile avatar in Rolefied → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription, which securely connects to the Stripe Customer Portal.
Access Until Period End:
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made. You will retain full Premium access to all features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund Requests:
Due to the immediate delivery of digital AI compute resources and downloadable documents, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. However, if you experienced technical platform failures or billing discrepancies, please email support@rolefied.com within 7 days of the charge, and our support team will promptly investigate and issue appropriate refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of all CV contents, work history, and personal materials uploaded to Rolefied. Rolefied retains all intellectual property rights to the platform software, algorithms, and interface design.
