Your career documents belong to you. Rolefied processes your uploaded CVs and job descriptions solely to tailor content for your applications. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or CV contents to recruiters or third parties without your explicit direction.
1. Information We Collect
When you use Rolefied, we collect information necessary to provide AI resume tailoring and application tracking services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through our secure auth provider (Clerk).
- Career Documents & Uploads: CV/resume text, work history, skill summaries, and cover letters you paste or upload into the workspace.
- Target Job Postings: Job descriptions, company names, and vacancy details you submit for match analysis.
- Payment & Transaction Data: Billing details and subscription status managed securely by Stripe. Rolefied never stores your full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use & Process Your Data
We use your information exclusively to:
- Analyze keyword compatibility between your CV and target job vacancies.
- Generate tailored resume bullets, ATS-optimized summaries, and targeted cover letters.
- Maintain your personal Job Application Tracker pipeline in your account.
- Process subscriptions and provide self-serve invoice downloads via Stripe.
- Send critical account notifications, receipts, and product updates.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Processing Guarantee
Rolefied utilizes advanced AI inference (via Groq and high-performance language models) to perform semantic analysis and tailoring.
🔒 Zero Public Model Training: Your private CVs and personal identifiable information (PII) are not used to train public generative AI models.
🛡️ Stateless Inference: Prompt data sent for tailoring is processed ephemerally and discarded by the AI provider once the tailored response is generated.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted, SOC2/ISO-compliant infrastructure providers to power Rolefied:
- Stripe: Payment processing, PCI-DSS compliance, and billing portal.
- Clerk: Secure user authentication, sessions, and credential encryption.
- Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL cloud database storage.
- Groq: High-speed AI inference for CV analysis.
5. Your Data Rights & Deletion
Under global data regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have full control over your personal data:
- You may export or download your tailored CVs and application data at any time.
- You may request complete deletion of your account, saved applications, and records by contacting us at support@rolefied.com.
